Song: Don’t Know Much About Privacy ♪

Had a great week making a new song remotely with my colleague Holly. It was part of a DuckDuckGo virtual meetup week so naturally it’s about privacy.

== Lyrics ==

Don't know much about privacy.
Don't know why there would be interest in me.
Don't know why I close the curtains at night.
Don't know why I keep my feelings inside.

But I know that stuff is just for me.
So if there's more respect for privacy,
What a wonderful world this would be.

Don't wanna share my browsing history.
There's stuff in there I don't want people to see.
That doesn't mean I'm doing something bad.
Just tired of seeing all those creepy ads.

Yeah I know that stuff is just for me.
So if there's more respect for privacy,
What a wonderful world this would be.

Oh I don't claim to be Mr. Perfect
But I'm not guilty.
I'm not paranoid,
I've got nothing to hide.
Except maybe my salary

Or social security
Or health record
Or email password
Or bank account
Or credit card amount
Or photos of me when I'm pissed
Or when I'm getting undressed
Or that embarrassing itch
Or my love for Taylor Swift…

Don't wanna share my sexuality.
Don't wanna share the politics I believe.
Don't wanna share which God I pray to at night.
Or the sweet nothings that I say to my wife. ❤︎

Yeah I know that stuff is just for me.
So if there's more respect for privacy,
What a wonderful world this would be.

Yeah I know that stuff is just for me.
So if there's more respect for privacy,
What a wonderful world this would be.
